Annual Conference 2019

Gather | Practice | Witness:
A Journey toward Hope

September 12 – 14, 2019

Prince Conference Center
Grand Rapids, MI

America is more politically polarized than it’s been since the Civil War. Our divisiveness has taken up residence in our churches and our homes. Thankfully, God has given us the gift of conflict as an opportunity for spiritual growth. At our second Annual Conference, join fellow Christians who are hungry to live into that opportunity. Join us as we:

Gather in the name of Jesus. Practice loving each other across difference. Witness the body of Christ built up and give witness to the deepest desire and reality of the world.

Join us for a journey toward hope.

Registration Fee:
June 15 - August 2: $180/person
After August 2: $230/person

Why Attend

This conference provides Christians the space and occasion to gather in the name of Jesus, to practice loving each other across difference, to witness the body of Christ built up, and to give witness to the deepest desire and reality of the world.

Hear from a remarkable lineup of plenary speakers, each of whom will explore one part of the Christian habit to “Gather – Practice – Witness” (central components of The Colossian Way). They will discuss how it provides a spiritual sanctuary in the wildernesses of our cultural moment and how we can overcome real challenges to do it well. Our workshop presenters will offer deeper dives into nuances of each of these areas. We invite you to be challenged, encouraged and equipped.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Grow through plenary presentations from thought leaders
  • Participate in interactive workshops
  • Experience The Colossian Way of engaging conflict through worship
  • Engage with pastors, scholars, faith practitioners, and students
  • Cultivate hope in our culture of contempt

  • Colossian Way leaders and participants
  • Christian college and high school leaders and faculty
