What is your experience with conflict or discussions around difference in your organization?
We have strong leadership and have made the hard decisions when they matter.
It doesn’t matter what decision we make people are threatening to leave our organization.
We don’t really have a lot of conflict, generally, we move through things ok.
I don’t think I or others in our church can be honest with what I/they believe about hot button topics.
