The Colossian Way aims to empower Christians to engage conflict in a way that grows Christian character, all within the context of worship. We currently offer Colossian Way groups on two topics: origins and sexuality, with politics (fall 2019) and gender roles (2020) forthcoming. Whichever topic you choose, the Colossian Way approach is unique. We’re highly invested in ensuring group participants and leaders alike have a high-quality experience and leave feeling better equipped to handle conflict in their church and interpersonal relationships.
Leader training is central to conducting a Colossian Way group at your church. Leaders who complete training will gain the skills and resources they need to guide a small group of 10-12 individuals over ten, 90-minute weekly sessions on any Colossian Way curriculum. Leader training includes:
Training runs from 6:00 p.m. Thursday through 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Unless otherwise indicated, all leader training sessions occur at The Colossian Forum office. The schedule may vary when training takes place at an alternate location (i.e., a local church or organization).*
*Note: Lunch and dinner are included in leader training costs. Transportation and accommodation are not included.
Our next leader training session: May 2 – 4, 2019 at The Colossian Forum office
