The Colossian Way aims to empower Christians to engage conflict in a way that grows Christian character, all within the context of worship. We currently offer Colossian Way groups on Origins, Sexuality, and Political Talk. Whichever topic you choose, The Colossian Way approach is unique. We’re highly invested in ensuring groups have a high-quality experience and leave feeling better equipped to handle conflict in their church and interpersonal relationships.
Facilitator training is central to conducting a Colossian Way group at your church or in your Christian community. Facilitators who complete training will gain the skills and resources they need to guide a small group of 10-12 individuals over ten, 90-minute sessions on any Colossian Way topic. Facilitator training includes:
Training typically runs from 6:00 p.m. Thursday through 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Unless otherwise indicated, facilitator training sessions occur at The Colossian Forum office. The schedule may vary when training takes place at an alternate location (e.g., a local church or organization).*
*Note: Lunch and dinner are included in leader training costs. Transportation and accommodation are not included.
