You and your team will be equipped to successfully navigate conflict, turning division into transformation! You will be able to approach your current struggles in a way that is confident and reflective of Jesus’s example. You’ll also have a developed and clear understanding of the path forward.

THE FIVE PRACTICES

Out of conflict comes growth. Wayfinder can equip your organization to tackle conflict on all fronts by bringing people together through proven methods grounded in Scripture. Within the training, we refer to these as the Five Practices. Kevin Douglas, our VP of Relationships, introduces three of these crucial concepts below.

A NEW WAY THROUGH CONFLICT
WITH CHRIST AS THE CENTER

WayFinder is a training program that helps Christian communities productively engage conflict as an opportunity to deepen their love of God and each other, with tools and systems to help faith leaders approach conflict creatively – all rooted in an understanding of how Jesus would want them to think, lead and act in divisive situations.

Since 2013, The Colossian Forum was founded to help build resilient churches in the face of increasing social conflict. We help Christian communities (congregations, schools and universities, nonprofits) apply their Christian commitments as they disagree, thus, faith leaders will be better equipped to fend off division and foster discipleship and spiritual growth.
