Who We Serve

banner-school

Avoiding conflict is the norm. We serve those who want a different way.

When we tell people about our work, the response is usually something like, “Oh, that’s so needed.” There’s a common understanding that our society is terrible at conflict, and that conflict is tearing apart our friendships, churches, institutions, and communities.

We work with people who want a new normal. They want to hold tension with love and not walk away. We find these renegade people in places like the church, on school campuses, and on Instagram.

A little hope in your inbox.

Our newsletter is created with you in mind. Every newsletter delivers a simple prayer, a hopeful practice, and an encouragement. We’ll also keep you in the loop on new programs, events, and resources.

Who We Work With

Embracing conflict as opportunity is challenging work — but we can help.

  • Church leaders

Pastors, church staff, elders, and church councils often don’t get enough training in conflict. We’re here to change that.

  • School leaders

We work with colleges, universities, and K-12 private Christian schools to build deeper relationships and decrease the costs of mismanaged conflict.

  • Non-profit leaders

We work with nonprofits, helping them to experience fewer destructive symptoms of division, including burnout and departures.

  • Small group leaders

We support small group leaders with curricula that focus on a variety of topics, working to increase the presence of humility, gentleness, and forbearance in their community.

  • Individuals

We have resources including our podcast and newsletter for people looking to heal fractured relationships by learning to love and understand one another despite differences.

  • Donors

What if Christianity became known for navigating conflict well? Become an active partner in shaping the way the Church is viewed by the next generation of Christians. Join us in the work of renewing the Church’s witness by creating healthy organizations that don’t just survive but thrive.
